Transformer is also known as high-voltage module, step-up transformer and high-voltage coil. The main functions of high-voltage coil are voltage conversion, impedance conversion, isolation and voltage stabilization, etc., which are widely used, of various types.
The common materials for high-voltage coil include: enameled wire, gauze wrapped wire, silk wrapped wire, and the more commonly used is enameled wire. The requirements for the wire are that the wire can be good, the insulating paint layer has sufficient heat resistance and certain corrosion resistance. Insulation materials shall be used for the insulation between the layers of the coil frame and between the windings. The moisture-proof method adopts the potting method, which can enhance the mechanical strength of the high-voltage coil, improve the insulation performance and extend the service life.
